# DataGuardian compliance and security program

Meet PCI DSS requirements with DataGuardian tools and breach protection.

More than 80% of reported data breaches involve small merchants. PCI DSS compliance helps protect your business, customers, and reputation.

PCI DSS standards protect payment data that merchants process, store, or transmit. Card brands, including Visa and Mastercard, require compliance.

Meeting the minimum security standards can reduce breach-related losses and fees.

### DataGuardian compliance and security program

Xplor Pay includes the DataGuardian compliance and security program. It simplifies PCI compliance so you can focus on your business.

The program includes:

* A $150,000 Data Breach Protection Policy
* PCI questionnaires and network scanning tools

### Complete your PCI requirements

Complete the required questionnaire in Merchant Portal. Complete it by the second-to-last business day of your first full billing cycle.

Schedule and run any required quarterly network vulnerability scans. You must complete these requirements to remain PCI compliant.

Log in to [Merchant Portal](https://merchantportal.xplorpay.net/). Select the arrow under **PCI status** at the top of the dashboard.

This opens the DataGuardian portal.
