May 2026 – Partner Portal Release Notes

We have enhanced our Report List Page experience within Partner Portal to make searching and organization more efficient and user-friendly:
- Reports grouped by category and business function
- Enhanced search by report title, category, and keyword
- Clearer, more detailed report descriptions
Added a new Partner Portal report, Unmatched Refunds, available through the UI and API.This report displays refunded transactions not linked to a verified sale. These credits, often referred to as blind credits, may be indicators of:
- User error
- Processing mistakes
- System issues
- Potential fraud signals
Added a new Partner Portal report, Quick Merchant Overview, available through the UI and API. This report gives users a high-level snapshot of processing activity across an entire merchant portfolio, including:
- Batch details to keeps tabs on new account activations
- Monthly Volume performance metrics
Enhanced the Merchant Application Report to show “Latest Account Note”, HMO Application Expiration Date, and Application Created Date. These enhancements will help our users better understand how merchant applications are proceeding through the onboarding flow.
Enhanced the Merchant Terminal Report to show All Terminal ID’s and Terminal Status. This enhancement provides a more complete view of a terminal deployment and current state.
