January 2026 – Partner Portal Release Notes

Added a new Partner Portal base role to strengthen overall portal security. The new role is visible in the Merchant Users Report.
Enhanced the timeout experience within various sections of Partner Portal. Now, users receive notifications before their session times out, giving them convenient options to stay signed in or end their session. This enhancement helps users avoid interruptions and gives them more control while using the portal.
