# Change your email address

Update the email address associated with your account.

To update your account email address, complete the required form.

Email the completed form to <customersupport@xplorpay.com>.

Allow up to 24 hours for the update to complete.

You will receive a confirmation email from <customersupport@xplorpay.com>.&#x20;
