# CBD Industry Certification

Complete your CBD Certification at [go.clearent.com](https://go.clearent.com/). Find it on the homepage.

Xplor Pay requires hemp and hemp-derived CBD third parties to complete this attestation. ATM sponsorship partners are excluded.

### Required attestations

Complete every section that applies to your involvement in this industry.

#### Marijuana

Confirm that your business does not engage in marijuana-related activities. Confirm that it does not offer marijuana-derived products.

#### FDA requirements

Confirm that your products meet Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.

#### Domestic activity

Confirm that you use Xplor Pay products and services only for domestic distribution and payment activity.

### Recertification

You must recertify this attestation annually. Xplor Pay may also request recertification. Failure to recertify results in a non-recertification fee.

### Certification statement

By entering your typed signature and selecting the required boxes, you attest that your responses are correct to the best of your knowledge.

If Xplor Pay finds that any response is inaccurate, penalties may apply. These penalties may include termination of your relationship with Xplor Pay.
