Simplified and more reliable login experience
- Enhanced the Merchant Portal login experience to provide a faster and more seamless sign-in process. To ensure the best experience, users should access the portal using the current URL (https://merchantportal.xplorpay.net), as older bookmarked links may not reflect the latest updates.
Improved session handling and inactivity behavior
- Resolved issues with inactivity notifications and session handling to prevent unexpected logouts and ensure a more consistent experience during active use of the Merchant Portal.
More accurate transaction and funding data
- Resolved issues with missing, duplicated, or inconsistent transaction data and corrected funding report inaccuracies, providing clearer and more reliable financial reporting.
Faster performance across key features
- Optimized search functionality and CSV exports to improve responsiveness and reduce delays during everyday tasks.
Stronger security and platform stability
- Delivered key security updates aligned with PCI 4.0 standards and resolved issues affecting critical workflows such as refunds, disputes, and customer management, resulting in a more stable, secure experience.
Resolved ACH visibility issue for multi-merchant users
- Fixed an issue where the ACH Transactions tab would not appear for users with access to multiple merchants when at least one of those merchants did not support ACH. This issue did not impact users with access to a single merchant or merchants consistently enabled for ACH.
