What’s New: Improvements To Existing Features

  • All users with MerchantAdmin role now have the ability to add, edit and
    manage users on their account.
    • This includes the ability to create users who can also create
      users. The roles of UserAdmin and BasicRoleAdmin have been
      moved to the ‘Basic’ Role section so they can be assigned
      accordingly.

Resolved Issues:

  • Moved the role of VTClearentSupport to an ‘Intermediate’ Role since it
    shouldn’t be assigned by merchants.

What’s New: Improvements To Existing Features
  • Updated user role descriptions to be more clear on what’s included
    within each role.

Resolved Issues:

  • Fixed issue when attempting to create a new user and giving them
    UserAdmin roles it would error out.

November 14th, 2025

What’s New: Improvements To Existing Features
  • Added ability to export ACH Transactions
Resolved Issues:
  • Fixed issue that prevented merchants from downloading statements
    and tax documents while on mobile devices.

November 18th, 2025

Resolved Issues:
  • Fixed issue where the support banner was displaying to merchants who
    should have it disabled.

What’s New: Improvements To Existing Features
  • Updated the look/feel of the Transaction Details modal for card
    transactions to improve usability.

November 24th, 2025

New Feature
  • Added two new email notifications designed to enhance platform and
    merchant account security.
    • New User Added: Merchant admins will receive an email
      whenever a new user is added to their account.
    • Email Address Updated: Merchant admins will be notified when an existing user’s email address is updated.
